Nadia Boschi is a sustainability and innovation executive shaping the next generation of healthy and inclusive urban regeneration. At Lendlease, she leads the ESG strategy for Italy and Continental Europe, embedding data driven sustainability, digital delivery, and low carbon innovation across major urban regeneration projects, including the Milan Innovation District (MIND) and Milano Santa Giulia. Her work spans EU Taxonomy alignment, SFDR integration, and ESG finance compliance, ensuring large scale developments meet the highest European sustainability and disclosure standards including social inclusivity.

With 30 years of global experience, Nadia combines deep sector expertise with a systems thinking approach to climate tech, indoor environmental quality, and high performance building design. She is known for translating complex technical issues ranging from embodied carbon to indoor air analytics and regulatory ESG frameworks into clear, scalable strategies that accelerate decarbonization and enhance user experience.

Nadia serves as Ambassador for the World Green Building Council’s #BuildingLife policy campaign and as a Trustee of the International Society of Indoor Air and Climate. A former Professor of Building Construction at Virginia Tech (USA), she has authored 50+ publications on urban resilience, digital driven sustainability, and healthy building performance. Her work is recognized across and beyond the real estate sector, including the 2025 Assolombarda Sustainability Award.
