Huub Keizers graduated as Aerospace Engineer at the Technical University of Delft in 1991 and is currently Business Director at TNO (www.tno.nl/en). In 2019-2023 he, together with industrial, governmental and academic partners, established the Dutch Top Consortium for the Built Environment (www.tki-bouwentechniek.nl/English), the organization that develops and manages the construction sector’s innovation agenda for The Netherlands.

In 2023, Huub joined the Steering Committee of ECTP and the Board of Built4People, ENBRI and CIB. In this role, Huub chairs several Task Groups with focus on innovation in the construction sector, advanced materials, industrialization, digitalization and skills. For example, Task Groups on Digitalization of Buildings, Biobased Materials (ECTP), WLC-GWP (ENBRI) and AI for sustainable construction & Passive Cooling (CIB, UNEP-GlobalABC). He gives international guest lectures and presentations at events and universities to stimulate open knowledge sharing for a more sustainable built environment.
