FINAL Full Paper Upload & Must-Sign Forms

All papers that have been reviewed and accepted are now required to complete the process, by uploading the final documents to IOP Publishing.

Authors with accepted papers, will receive an email from WSBE2026@asnevents.net.au, sharing the upload portal instructions.

FILE NAMING CONVENTION

FULL PAPER

Name your file using the presenting author’s details in the following order:
Author’s last name
First initial of their first name
The unique abstract ID
Separate the name and abstract ID with an underscore.

Example
Title: Sustainable development and management of the built environment at all scales
Authors: John Smith, Sarah Lee
Abstract ID: 123456

The file name should be: Smith J_123456

MUST SIGN FORMS

• Declaration of use of Generative AI

Example
Paper File Name is Smith J_123456
